Understanding how we can help dispatcher health and focus during long shift hours is our primary goal. With more than 2500 consoles installed across the nation, we've had the opportunity to speak with many dispatchers, engineers, IT techs, and center managers. Our most recent innovation, Mercury, was designed as the direct result of more than five years of interview-driven research with center managers, dispatchers, call-takers, and IT personnel. Over the last 35+ years, our teams have developed superior expertise in both wood and steel manufacturing. And we continue to improve techniques, materials and machining to advance durability and design innovation. Our unique approach to blending wood and steel, and understanding the best applications for both, results in beautiful, durable technology furniture that lasts a decade or more.
